Muscles shaking?

Sometimes while im lifting weights after i finish a set my muscles shake. It's mostly my legs, either the quads or my calves. I try to stand and they just shake, like theyre totally wasted. Why does this happen

O.K your body goes through this adrenaline rush when u are doing this and it feels funny like the "jitters". Or like you're hopped up on a caffeine high.

It's pretty normal especially when it comes to legs. Means u had a good work-out. And probably pushed yourself further than the last time. I suggest that when u finish, you shower and relax your body. Massage those legs at least for 2 minutes each. When you work-out this way you're gaining muscles and they start getting little rips or tares. And Definately Definately, HYDRATE!!

Cause your flexing your legs really hard.

    Relax don't flex too much.

Been a bodybuilder for 18 yrs now.

    Good luck:

its just what i call the"shakes" happens usually when i get home from the gym. it could be a sign of dehydration, keep drinking water. 2 litres for every hour or so depending on how intense.
