is 15.706 Mbps a fast Internet connection?

For the most part it is. If you're using the connection yourself or shared between a few people, absolutely. Home Internet access is fast with anything over 5Mbs speeds in my opinion.

But if this connection is for an Internet based company doing web hosting, then it may not be enough. You have to factor in what you are using it for.

Again, if you are using this connection for personnel use, then it's an outstanding speed.

thats 1.5 megabytes so not really you should be about 5-6 megs for high speed but it also depends on your ISP and you might have the basic package which is what it apears to be

in which case its better then dialup by 50%

unless your running a sat connection or cell phone or basic package i'd be worried

that is a lot faster than what most people have, it is relly fast, not the worlds fastest though, that would be 50 mps, but it is the worlds fastest upload speed.

as it is I only got 2 MPS and that is concidered high speed

If that is your downspeed then yes it is, if that is an advertised speed, you will never see it that fast.
