Guy problems....huh! PLZ help me...i'm so confused on what to do!?

Ok so i have a bf...but...i think its kinda more of an akward relationship! We never have ANYTHING to talk about...its seriously just us listening to eachother breathe or listening to eachother talk to other people!! Ok but he is a really really nice guy and i don't really feel like breaking up with him! Ok so last night i hung out with my friend and one of our guy friends from out of town and we had alot of fun and he was like just grabbing my arm and stuff like flirting..(he knows i have a bf) and then the next morning he text me and tells me that he really really likes me and that i'm such a great girl and tells me he gets this really weird feeling in his gut when he's around me and stuff and i kinda like him back plus we can actually talk!! But...the bf thing...i don't really want to break up with him cause of this other guy and i don't really want to hurt him cause he is really nice! What do YOU think i should do? Sry this is soo long!
