I felt fine at work yesterday. On my way home, I just didn't feel quite right. I went to the bathroom, had no issues, nothing was weird or anything and then I just went and sat on the couch. After an hour, I just had really sharp pains in my lower abdomen...pretty much anything from my belly button down. It felt like sharp stabbing pains...like I had swallowed a bunch of needles and every time I would move they would stab my stomach over and over. I went to take a hot shower thinking maybe that would feel better. It didn't help at all. I took some Ibuprofen and layer down in bed. Every time I would breath I would get this stabbing pain over and over. When I woke up this morning, the pain was gone, but it felt like I did 400 crunches. My ab muscles were just sore. Does anyone know anything about this? It has only happened once.

I was diagnosed with an IT Band injury about 3 years ago. The doctor told me if I stop playing basketball it would go away. I stopped playing, went to the "physical therapy" where they just put some medicated patch over my hip, and did my stretches. It still isn't better. I can't sit in certain positions like crossing my legs or indian style for very long without my hips feeling like they are going to cramp up on me. If I drive to long, my knee starts to hurt. Walking around at work for long periods of time just kills my knees and hips. I have been debating on going to see a chiropractor thinking that maybe they could do something about it. Does anyone have any advice or insight on this issue?

So last month, the week before my period, I started having dark brown almost black "spotting." This lasted for a whole week, then I got my normal period at the normal time i was supposed to get it. So I pretty much had my period for 2 weeks. It has now been a month and I still haven't gotten my next period. I don't know what is going on. I'm on birth control and yes, sexually active. I don't think i'm prego but kind of want an opinion before I go to the doctor, especially since my insurance won't cover it right now because I'm not a full time student. Does anyone know what is going on? Only helpful answers please.

sometimes, when i go to sleep at night and i close my eyes, my eyes get a sort of sensitive, painful feeling....but it's like the back of my eyes and it goes into my forehead right above my eyes. I don't know why this happens. It makes it very hard for me to sleep. It usually only happens at night, or right when I wake up, never once i'm awake or anything like that.

I think I have a Urinary Tract Infection....I always feel the need to urinate....and when I have to go...sometimes I can urinate a lot...and sometimes I can only get a little bit out. I can notice a strong odor at times....but...i've also had a problem with my period. I missed one of my BC pills and I took it the next day like it said to with the other one...my period started then after that and was normal for about 5 days. It then went away...and then it started to come back...but only when i seemed to urinate...it was always there...i never noticed it until I had to urinate...i can go all night and most of the morning without any bleeding...and then when I would urinate, It would start up again. Can anyone help me? I don't know what is going on.

hey...i have this pain in my muscle on the inside of my shin...its not shin splints...it's my muscle...and its on the inside of my leg. it is right inbetween my shin bone and my calf muscle...and it hurts mostly when after basketball...i'm pretty sure i hurt it while max out week in weight lifting while i was deadlifting...could any of you tell me what it is and how to get rid of it. i can't seem to find anything on it. so far the only way i have found to get rid of it is if you massage it out...but sometimes it is to tender to even touch. i do have leg problems already in my hips and knees...lol...

Ok...so i'm totally not a girly girl...i love fourwheeling and camping and getting down and dirty when we go HARDCORE MUDDIN! Pretty much what i'm asking is...would you rather date a girl who is all girly girly or a girl who is kinda hardcore like me?? J/W I just kinda wanna know what guys are more into...

ok so there is this guy that i know and he says he likes me a lot and he always tries to prove to me that he likes me...he can name all of my fav bands, my fav colors, my fav food, fav movies...ya so i like him..and i told him and we are just taking it slow...but my friend keeps butting in on us and keeps telling me that i don't want to be with him because he has the rep of a player....and her quotes were "dude 3 ppl are telling you that he is a player and you shouldn't even go for him..we know him" ok so i kinda knew that he was a player when i met him but he is soo nice to me and i can talk to him soo easily and he is so open about how he feels like he tells me that he likes me and he tells me he gets this gut feeling when he is with me..ok i guess my question is...do i listen to my friends and give up on him or give him a chance?? thanks..

Ok so i have a bf...but...i think its kinda more of an akward relationship! We never have ANYTHING to talk about...its seriously just us listening to eachother breathe or listening to eachother talk to other people!! Ok but he is a really really nice guy and i don't really feel like breaking up with him! Ok so last night i hung out with my friend and one of our guy friends from out of town and we had alot of fun and he was like just grabbing my arm and stuff like flirting..(he knows i have a bf) and then the next morning he text me and tells me that he really really likes me and that i'm such a great girl and tells me he gets this really weird feeling in his gut when he's around me and stuff and i kinda like him back plus we can actually talk!! But...the bf thing...i don't really want to break up with him cause of this other guy and i don't really want to hurt him cause he is really nice! What do YOU think i should do? Sry this is soo long! Ok so i incubated pheasants for my biology project and right now they are 3 weeks old. When can i release them into the wild...? I have alot of marsh and woods out by me and i don't have any pheasant hunters out by me at all. The pheasants are already skittish when it comes to people so i don't think they will have a problem with being attatched to people. They also try and forage for food in their pen by pecking at the straw and stuff. I just want to know when they should be old enough to release cause they already pretty much take care of themselves...i just check on them a few times a day so yea...please help me!

Ok...i have a question...i am thinking about getting the new smaller zune for my birthday in april. It happens to say in the description that you can transfer songs from one zune to another (which my sister has one of the older, bigger ones) but it says that the songs you transfer only stay on for three days or deletes if you listen to it three times...why does it do this????? i really want to know because my sister has alot of songs i really would want on my mp3 player and instead of downloading them all, i could just transfer them! hi, we recently just bought a 1990 Winnebago Chieftain from a dealer down in Illinois....(We live in Wisconsin). We were driving it home when we noticed that the headlights were flashing. We looked everything over but we couldn't do much do to it being dark. We kept driving and it just kept flashing. They did this all the way home. The thing is that the parking brakes and the brake lights and the blinkers all work. I was wondering if anyone knew what was wrong with this camper!?!?!

I have a 2-3 month old male cat and he is very naughty...when we went to pick out a cat at the shelter, they just had all of the kittens running around. He was very quite and alone and would get picked on by all of the other kittens. He was also one of the littlest ones there. he was around 7 weeks when we picked him up from there. When we brought him home he adapted to the litter box right away and i would take him up into my room at night so that he would not bother my mom and disabled brother at night. after about 1 week of taking him up into my room he ended up pooping under my bed. we thought it was because of me taking him up to my room everynight. We felt as if he felt restrained or that he has to stay up there. so the next night i didn't bring him up stairs and he was fine for about 1 month. then my brother had a bath chair in the bathtub and my cat peed in that chair. then he was fine for a while and then my mom found a wet spot on the bathroom rug. she thinks he peed there.

I have a kitten issue! My 2 month old kitten is...well lets say a "Garbage Cat"....saying that he is never full EVER! I don't think he has worms....when we have food out he goes nuts and will attack you and climb the tables...lets just say he will do whatever it takes to get that food. He eats all of his food in his bowl and then he trys to even get into the fridge....actually he has gotten in the fridge and has gotten locked in by my mom on accident....! He is a very naughtry kitten when it comes to food. Can someone tell me how to solve this or why he is doing it. We got him from a shelter when he was about 5-6 weeks old if that helps any!

Hey....i was outside and i happened to find a small white spider. I have never seen it befor and i wanted to know what it was. It almost looked like a widow spider but there are no white ones that i know of. It was all white and had a large sack(i think thats what it is called). It was a small spider. It was on the fourwheeler that my dad had just taken through the marsh. i live in Wisconsin and i'm not sure what it was so i would like to maybe get an idea of what it is if you can help me!

Ok on June 5th i believe it was i bruised my pelvic bone...or my but bone whatever you want to call it. How long does it last. I was "surfing" down a wet slide and made it to the last hump in the slide and i flew in the air and landed right on my but bone. I started out just hurting to sit and walk but now is going into my back and neck. How long does this last for??

What is the best way to get rid of moles. I heard they are really hard to get rid of and i really do not want them tearing up my yard. Can you please help me.
