new zune mp3 player?

Ok...i have a question...i am thinking about getting the new smaller zune for my birthday in april. It happens to say in the description that you can transfer songs from one zune to another (which my sister has one of the older, bigger ones) but it says that the songs you transfer only stay on for three days or deletes if you listen to it three times...why does it do this????? i really want to know because my sister has alot of songs i really would want on my mp3 player and instead of downloading them all, i could just transfer them! Here is what walmart.com says about the whole transfer thing.

" Zune-to-Zune wireless sharing and wireless sync with your PC

Lets you use a built-in 802.11b/g wireless interface to sync with your own PC music collection or share tracks, homemade recordings, playlists and pictures with other Zune users (received tracks expire after you have listened 3 times or had the track 3 days) "

This is so you can evaluate the song and decide if you want to buy it or not.Remember they want to sell you this song. It takes less time to sync these songs than to transfer over Wi-Fi.

surely decide for the iPod. I even have the iPod classic and prefer it. I had the Zune 80 earlier i offered the iPod classic, yet i did no longer like it that plenty. The show screen wasn't that stable (it exchange into massive, however the determination wasn't that great. you will desire to certainly see the pixels. no longer stable). and are not getting me began on the Zune industry application. that's a extensive headache! iTunes is plenty greater constructive and the iPod show screen, nonetheless smaller than the Zune, has greater constructive determination. the photograph is plenty clearer and you do no longer see pixelated squares.

Well, the main reason is that Microsoft thinks you will download a copyrighted song and send it to other people so they won't have to buy it.
