AT&T Wireless - anyone else complaining?

I had a Cingular phone for over 2 years and they switched to AT&T. Now I am charged for unanswered calls. I don't believe I was when it was Cingular. We have never run over our minutes until now. We always had carryover with Cingular, but not with AT&T. Does anyone else agree?

Nothing changed except for the name. You have always been charged for unanswered calls. Any call that connects with with the network for over 30 seconds bills as a 1 minute call, even voicemail. It has always been that way, no matter what name they were called. And yes rollover minutes are still being used. The only thing that changed with them is that they are capped when a rate plan plan change is done
