Stay true to yourself and your beliefs. Also treat others as you would like to be treated. Keep your faith alive. Sometimes I have found that we are looking for big point blank answers that come instead as small subtle answers. Sometimes we even have to read between the lines, so to speak. It can be tiring but hang in there the answers you seek are there and will be there, you just may have to learn to look at things a little differently.

  • Ahh, same problem as many others. And I will give you the same answer I gave them.

Go outside (or inside if you want) and find a quiet and comfortable place. Start with a small topic, other than that just talk, talk to the Creator. It doesn't matter what name you talk to them under, God, Goddess, Jehovah, alls that matters is that you talk. When you feel comfortable, ask a question and then ask for an answer, i ask for a sign and give them an example so that when they send the sign i won't miss it cause I have an idea what to look for.

My first question and most often asked one is "Is being a homosexual a sin?" and varieties of that one. The answer I got was no it isn't a sin, repeatedly. I do recommend that you don't do what i did and ask a question over and over again cause I got the spiritual equivalent to a smack upside the head after a while. It let me know that they WERE there but I try not to annoy them anymore. Just remember to be very clear on what the question is. Even if you only ask a simple question, concentrate on what the question means in as much detail as you can. People are the biggest rode block between themselves and the Divine.

didn't u think of the possibility that maybe God is sending u a message, a sign telling u that u r looking for answers in the wrong places. i mean, from what u said, u've done it all, (for over a decade!!) and still u haven't found ur inner peace . a lot of people have gone through it all before, and they came to the conclusion (or should i say curiosity) to look in another religion. most of the stuff that may not make sense at all, make perfect sense in the Quran. so, my advice to u is to look up ur answers in the Quran. and i garautee u that u will find the inner peace which u have been looking for. but u r gonna need to REALLY understand it and u may need help from a muslim who have studied the Quran well. and don't give up from the first time. and if u need any help, i would be more than happy to provide it :) and God Bless you...

What do you need now? Someone to hit you over the head with a bat? There is no answer coming unless you think it up. Get over whatever it is that you believe in and go on with your life. You are the only one who can live it, and then you die and that is all there is. Stop praying and wasting your time, it is nothing but wishful thinking, so stop wishing and do your own thinking about how to handle your problems.

God is going to give you what he thinks you need and he will teach you what he thinks you need to know, but the rest you have to go out and get yourself. For myself, I am just sick and tired of wanting things, women, cars, money, it's just a big waste of time. I want to give, be righteous, and be happy because if I do that; even though my life may suck at least I know I did the right thing. Which does not really make it fun. Life sucks bro, what can I say.

If you put those ten years into practical education and work , you would have come out much better off .

Nobody would ever study and work if all they had to do is pray for what they wanted .

I took the direct opposite route from you . I am happy and contented .

Well, apparently you've done all the right things, but for what reason? Did you think that by doing you could find God? Were you even seeking Him to begin with?

I'd question my own motives if I were you.

perhaps you are not on the right path.

i think that you need to search until you find the one that feels like home to you.

there are so many paths out there. try going to beliefnet.com

you answer questions about your beliefs and it tells you which path most closely matches you.

i hope that you find what you're looking for.
