    Season 6...the Episode is called "American Girl in Paris part Deux (2)...Carrie is walking down 5th Ave...she looks down at her Verizon Wireless phone and it says "John"...you then hear Mr. Big's voice.

    The very last episode when Carrie looks at her phone as it is ringing. The display says John.
