Brittish ghost sighting recently?

Oh! Oh! I know what you're talking about!! I saw it online! He was almost dressed like King Henry the 8th and he opened a window, looked out of it, and closed it. Security was trying to find him and found nothing. I can't remember where though. . .

No I know what you meen I saved the news article it was at the london tower or one of the museums.. and it had no head.. I remember it was in 03 and Im pretty sure it turned out to be a drunk security gaurd or drunk staff member or something.. I remember because I was psyched when I saw it And it scared the 10 Year Old pants off me but that was 5 years ago..

Its on youtube along with other ghost sightings in amateur home video and pic's try this one.. It scared me so much I had to pray about twice a night for about a week(and Ive never prayed before.. well I have a fare few times but I only pray maybe 2 times per year)

I cant help with the 1st portion of the question yet i will help with the 2nd section. A ghost is the spirit of a individual who has handed on in existence yet hasnt fulfilled his/her project in the international. they're doomed to stroll the earth till they have finished what all of them started in the international. while they have finished they flow into the mild ( Heaven)
