    You should grab as much networking concepts as you can while ur working or learning networking concepts. Get basic networking knowledge first. Try to get basic knowledge on Windows, be familiar with MCSE networking concepts, however, it's not essential. Fedora is suitable for Enterprises therefore knowledge on Fedora 4 or above is preffered, the paper you asked is ok but i suggest try to be RHCT if not RHCE.
