I don't know if you mean both jasmine and roses in the same perfume. My favorite is a Hawaiian Jasmine, called Pikaki, available from Scents and Such:
http://www.scentsandsuch.com/perfume.php
It's "Perfume Oil" concentration, so just a dab lasts at least 6-8 hours. They also have regular Jasmine as well as Italian Jasmine. There are also Rose and Fresh Cut Roses. What I like about them is that their fragrance ingredients have less alcohol and other chemicals that dilutes the scent. So check them out and see if you like them.
Here's a list of fragrance concentration:
1. Perfume Oil (oil-based with 15%-30% perfume oil).
2. Parfum (15%-25% perfume oil, and lasts 6-8 hours; sometimes called "Extract.")
3. Soie de Parfum (15%-18% perfume oil)
4. Eau de Parfum (8%-15% perfume oil, lasts 3-5 hours)
5. Eau de Toilette (4%-10% perfume oil, lasts 2-4 hours)
6. Eau de Cologne (2%-5% perfume oil)
7. Eau Fraiche (3% or less)
