Elbow Macaroni (or what ever kind you have in the pantry)

1 Can of Chunky Sirloin Burger Soup

1 Pkg of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cook macaroni, drain and return to medium heat, add soup and cheese & continue to stir until cheese is melted. My husband and daughter love this....you'd think I was making surf and turf when I pull this out for dinner!! ;)

  • Chicken is always cheap and if you have a walmart near you then you can get the 10 lb bags of chicken for like $4 and some change - you can then split it up 2 pieces of chicken in small freezer bags you would probally end up with 6-7 meals that way - the chicken is a leg and thigh together so of cut the piece it becomes 2 legs and 2 thighs per bag which you could fry it one night , bake it another night - you could throw some rice with it which is always cheap

Fry up some ground beef and onion. Serve with kraft dinner.

Tuna casserole served over rice. Here's my recipe.

In a casserole dish mix 1 can of tuna, 1 can of condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of frozen mixed veggies, and salt and pepper to taste.

Crumble crackers or potato chips over top and bake at 350 until it's hot and bubbling (about 35-45 minutes).

Grab a couple pork chops and make some buttered noodles to go with it.

Go to the refrigerated section of the grocery store. There are a lot of prepared meals there that all you have to do it pop in the microwave. And they are delicious! Chi-Chi's has beef or chicken ready for tacos (all seasoned, etc) that are really good. Just warm it up and put it in a hard or soft taco shell. Yum!

Grilled cheese and tomoto soup is good too. Frozen pizza.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMMd6

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Lean beef, or lean ground chuck is my miracle ingredient. If you take a small amount of dried french onion soup mix and knead it into the meat before grilling/ broiling... it rocks. What cant you do with burger? Sheppard's pie is ok too. I dont mind egg sandwhiches either for on the cheap, over easy some eggs, slap one on a piece of bread and you are golden.

There are a variety of ready made frozen dinners you can prepare, cook up some stir fry, or one of many choices. I don't mean frozen dinners. They are frozen packs of dinners that you still have to cook up.
