I am not aware of any Vista Sidebar gadget that can monitor CPU temps.

BUT you can check the microsoft download center and there are TONS of other web sites out there to download gadgets i would just google "windows vista sidebar gadgets" then sort through till u find wat u want good luck! u may even find somemore things you want!
