Franchise fees?
Could someone please tell me how to record monthly franchise fees? Do I simply create an expense account called "Franchise Fees"? I just want to be sure.
Update:
The franchise fees include royalties paid to corporate office and national advertising fees.

yes it would be an expense account called Franchise Fees
