who is represented the worst by their singles?

Which artist's singles are not representative of the artist themself?

My first thought was Joe Budden...Fire and Pump it up are nothing like the real Joe Budden, totally wack, he's real...

and for all the haters, I think Lil' Wayne is much better than lollipop or fireman or go dj etc. etc.

Update:

ahhh Cassidy is a good answer...

maybe it's because I haven't been around these things in a while, or heard his album but is Plies actually considered talented now or something? seriously????

Update 2:

ayooo bonnie, yea i had to take a break for a while ya know?

...forgot about Chamillionaire...another good answer

  • Lot of people are saying artists that nonetheless get a lot of praise...but here's one that was unfortunately categorized with all the other ringtone, Hip "Pop" rappers, and the one-hit wonders, because his album actually had some hidden gems.

  • Hiya, not seen you round here for a while!

I'd cosign about Joe Budden. I think he's really underrated, but it's kind of his own fault because he seems to seriously mismanage his career.

And although I don't like him, Chamillionaire.

    *hmm*

    well,

not wanting to repeat what was already said.. I co-sign you on Lil Wayne and Joe Budden

and I'd also have to say LUDACRIS

Im not much of a Luda fan, but I do know he can actually spit but i dont think his radio singles are very reflective of it

I know Imma get thumbs down, but I'm gonna say Eve. Yes, the blond bombshell. She can spit, she has flow, but her songs are corny and cliche.
