2nd Question business account versus personal accounts?

Can the bank take money from a joint personal account to pay into a sole trader overdrawn business one?

Ceasing trading so it is probably too late to move joint account to another bank - No proof of income.

You most likely gave your rights away when you opend the

business account the more you pay off the better it is for you both Dont think of moving to another bank The more they see you are genuine the more you get left with, they can leave you with so little but can if you work together have items saved as classed of no value by the Bailiffs,if you let them look around the only words from you shouldbe tea of coffee take sugar just let him get on with it and if luck is on your side when you return with the drink he will say You have nothing worth the expence of taking away, just say Thank you then turn the subject I hope our new home will bring better luck with it than this ones been. The solicitors or courts accountants will do your books again for your last 7 years

acounts, You really need to sound more honest than how I read this message (Move account/no proof of income/ attempting to hide behind a joint account)

    all the best
