This depends on what NES games you are talking about.
The GameCube may not play NES games. It may be possible via a homebrew emulation program with NES ROMs, but that would require extensive modifications of the GameCube hardware to allow it to run unlicensed software on recorded mini DVD discs in place of genuine GC-ROM discs.
The Wii can play NES games, but only games downloaded from the Wii Shopping Channel for play on the Wii via virtual console.
Physical NES cartridges will obviously not work, nor would you be able to load NES ROM images from any source, other than the Wii Shopping Channel, onto an SD card and expect that to play on the Wii.

Not gamecube. Wii, YES, but you have to buy them through the Wii Shop Channel. You cannot play "real" NES games which you bought for the NES console.

Wii yes, gamecube no.
The wii doesnt take the raw NES game cartridges though. You must have a highspeed internet connection, a wii, and some wii points. To purchace the NES games you need to go to the wii shop channel and select the one you want. Thats just about it
