Need some tips on getting pregnant!!!?

My future husband and I want to start our family as soon as we get married!! But I need some tips on getting health. I want to start getting ready now to have a baby. I know I need to lose some weight cuz I know this will increase my chances of getting pregnant. I just don't know what all to start doing. I need tips on diets and other steps that I need to start doing to get my body ready. I do not smoke, do drugs, drink!! So anyone with some real advice I could really use it!! Thank you!!!

    Always eat healthy and daily exercise is good even if you just go on a walk in the evening or during the day or if you Join an gym. But, do not do anything to severe cause it could drastically throw your body off. And when trying to concieve, I am too, I will tell you as my dr told me. You ovulate 14 days after the 1st day of your period. And you can generally tell with a thicker slightly pink discharge... or you can get an ovulation test. But, my Dr. told me to ONLY have sex when you are ovulating because to much seamen can soften your cervix and make it harder to concieve. I use a website that is free, and it helps me track my ovulation, periods and even find out when my baby will be due if i get pregnant after my last period. Its a great website! I recommend it to all women whether you are trying to concive, have messed up periods or need a place to track everything. **** Luck and I hope for the best. And congrats on your wedding.!

    The first thing you should do is visit your doctor who'll give you the best advice. Also, begin to take folic acid which is highly recommended for all women who are deciding to become pregnant. Losing the weight is great, but as far as a diet I'm not sure. Just moderate exercise, maybe joining a gym and going to aerobics, that was fun for me. Eat healthy. Learn how your menstrual cycle works so when it comes to conceiving you know round about when you're ovulating. If it doesn't happen, try try again. Have fun trying, and good luck!

    Make sure you are getting at least 0.4mg of folate (aka folic acid or Vitamin B 9) daily. Cut the sugar and refined carboydrates, trans fats, caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol. Fill up on 100% whole grains, lean proteins, and essential fatty acids. Eat organic as much as possible as the hormones in the food can interact with your own.     eat alot of foods with folic acid cause that increases the chance of conceive and pluse it gives ur unborn a great start at life and eat alot of greens vegetables and drink smakk glasses of orange juice not to much now just a lil every other day

    Start taking prenatal vitamins. Use an ovulation calculator online. Have sex every other day. I am sending baby dust your way :)

    just do what comes naturally, and nature will happen. most of all RELAX don't get stressed if it does'nt happen straight away. It took my friend 18 months and she was getting worried and thought it would never happen, went on holiday all relaxed and bingo she's pregnant. good luck
