One way relationships: listening and obeying orders ? Boasting of participation of workers!?

Why do managements do not get feedback and listen to workers who know the work?

Mgts just pass laws and orders that are awful and wreck many companies. Do U get out of such insttnns??

Did U ever find ANY SINGLE COMPANY that respects the workers criticisms for the company???

    It has always been very important for the management team of the company to get along with the employees

    This can best be done by having participation of the workers themselves with the management team

    Of course some companies are better at this than others

    But in the air and the success of the company itself all depends upon this relationship between the employees in the management and the participation of the workers with the management !

    Sounds good. Listen and get your 401K and find a new job. If workers do not listen the Bible says you could beat them. Go ahead.

    Try this; don't complain to them set up a meeting and talk to them. Get signatures and complaints from other workers to take to your meeting.
