What type of food would cooked human taste like?

More than likely it would have a texture similar to bacon *aka stringy, seeing as how we are mostly fat and muscle, and what ever they had absorbed in there skin cells at the time, as well as the muscles, if you cooked it possibly the same effect as bacon, and I would recommend salt. Overall a similar food would be pork.

Put your arm over a grill for about 30 minutes and then take a bite, then you can tell us what it tastes like. What is it that makes a person even consider this thought?

add up some fettucine, tomato(blood) sauce and MEATballs and youll have a dish of pasta

Pork. But I'd starve the toxins out of said human first and feed it nothing but organically grown fruit and vegies. Then I would salt it and slice it (as you do ham steaks) and serve it with pineapple rings.

Well I eat many infants and human tastes like steak and chicken together. It's very tasty I must say!!! You should try it.
