GH Is Carly's red top uglier than the blue dress Kate wore a few weeks ago?

Carly's red top is ugly but everything Kate wears is ugly.

I don't know what's up with Kate lately she's been dressing like a grandma. For a while she was very chic and fashion forward. Now it's like she's heading to Sunday tea with the Golden Girls!!

Kate was worse. In fact, in my opinion, Kate is one of the worst dressed characters on the show (ironic since she is the fashionista). The only person who dresses worse than Kate is Lulu. Lord, wardrobe must hate that girl. It's a shame too, b/c she's a beautiful girl. Just like Kate is a beautiful lady. I don't know why TPTB dress them in such frumpy, ugly clothes. It really is a crying shame.

I usually like what Carly wears but Kate does wear some crazy outfits. I guess she is making a fashion statement. I like the way they dress Maxie too. She is so mean, but she is always cute while she's being mean!
