Well where ever your hotel is you will have to take HWY 62 (29 Palms HWY). And the base is located off of ADOBE rd. You will turn on ADOBE off of HWY 62.

The main gate is at the very end of ADOBE.. it is very simple.

All I can tell you is that it is on ADOBE Rd. and the zip code is 92278.

If you are using the GPS system, it should have the Base on there.

But since you are staying 25 miles away.. there is really only one way you can take.. because it is the desert.

So just take HWY 62 and turn on ADOBE rd. There will be a sign telling you which way the base is (becuase I dont know which way you are coming from)

This is simple..Once you get into 29 palms you should be on the main highway called 29 palms highway(#62)..

Once in 29 palms just ask someone how to get to the base..There is only one road that leads to the main gate and its the only base in the area..

I wouldnt trust any GPS device in the desert..I forget the name of the road..but there is only one main road..Its a very small town..

When you know for sure you in 29 Palms just ask anyone..They will guide you to the base or follow the many signs.

Your only going to get on about 2 roads.one is the main highway, and the other will be the road that leads to the main gate..

Why not ask your Marine for the directions?
