Indian astrologers, tell me what this stone is ???

He is recommending that you strengthen the karma for the Sun by wearing this ring. He's telling you it should be a certain size (at least a carrot) and should be set in silver. How reliable is this astrologer? Before you go out and spend that much money you might want to spend $50 to have another astrologer give a second opinion. (wink) No but seriously, many astrologers (indian) give out gem recommendations willy nilly without understanding the implications. Strengthening the sun is particularly touchy because it is such a naturally strong planet and strengthening can weaken other planets in relationship to it.

If you have a terrible relationship with dad, or heart problems, it's probably a sure thing he's right - otherwise before spending that much money on a ring, spend a little bit and get a second opinion.
