sure. Here's a picture of jessica biel. notice how she minimized her broad shoulders by wearing this dress

If you like showing off your shoulders, go for a shirt that has less fabric on the shoulder, and (because you're stomach is flat), wear a shirt that hugs your body. try dark, boot cut jeans like this, that can minimize your hips, but show off curves.

I would stay away from baggy shirts. They aren't showing off your stomach, and they may make your shoulders look even broader. Tighter shirts are good, but make sure they're not obnoxiously tight. Old navy has really nice v-neck tshirts, and scoop neck long sleeve shirts.
Hope this helps!

Don't wear skinnies, because that only makes you look shorter and that's not good. Never wear a baggy or pouffy shirt on top since that'll make your shoulders look broader. So wear a semi tightish top and some normal pants, like flare, boot cut, or a skirt on bottom.

I feel that skirts tend to either look kind of cheap or trashy if they are tight and short, or they are simply just the run of the mill jean skirts that are not necessarily sexy.

Try maxi dresses with the comparative aspect slits those can look great on you! It doesn't matter if you have long legs or not only strut that skirt
