All you have to do is sign out of the current account. Now go to email and at sign in request a new account. You will have a choice of the 3 domains. The new account will be completely separate from the old account. When you sign in you will need the FULL email address of the ymail or rocketmail account as the Yahoo ID. The original account will only need the ID portion. You must sign out and in to switch between accounts.
Note that going to rocketmail.com or ymail.com will bring you to mail.yahoo.com. It is all the same.
