I think inner peace and compassion are essentially the same thing. I don't think you can have one without the other. And I would place that on top of the list.
Love I would place second. I don't think you could reach compassion without love. You need love in order to make life livable. I take love in its broadest sense - love for whatever makes a person's life important to them. Whenever I see someone do something and put their whole energy and attention in it, this is what I call love.
Faith is also necessary in order to reach inner peace. But is more an instrument towards a goal.

For me Faith is first; Hebrews 11:6 talk about that without faith it is impossible to please God and that's what is the most important to have a life that please the Lord.
Then comes Inner Peace, with faith it gives us that peace we need-Romans 5:1-Therefore, since we have been justified tthrough FAITH, we have PEACE with God hrough our Lord Jesus Christ
Then love, the last part of Galatians 5:6, it says
The only thing that counts is FAITH through
LOVE
And last is compassion Philippians 2:1- If you have ant encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his LOVE, if any tenderness and COMPASSION.
I guess what I am saying, there is a process to it all four attributes.
Good question Debra

1)Love
2)Faith
3)Compassion
4)Inner peace
Love and Faith are hard because they are both required by God, but a person who does not have faith but still acts with love is much more likely to get into Heaven than the person who acts in Faith but without Love. Inner peace might never be found - it could be one of those things that you are asked to suffer, that you follow the right path but do not know its peace. However, inner peace is not necessary to salvation, so the other three come first.

Inner peace so I can focus on my love and compassion and therefore have faith that people will reciprocate that.

Inner Peace. It's the foundation for acquiring the others.
