What's this cartoon movie?

Hey there... I'm trying to remember the title of this movie and I'm having the hardest time.

It's a cartoon movie, fairly recent... about a boy whom I think is a genuis... he lives in a mansion and I know there is a dinosaur... He lives with adopted parents or family or something like that... And there is a villain who steals the inventors ship... the inventor being his dad or something like that.

Does anyone know what movie I'm talking about and the title?
