Can anyone help a complete computer idiot?

I'm trying to reply to a craigslist post but its asking me questions about my server and the host's name? I have no idea and I really need to reply to this ad! I've tried going to my computer's help section but it doesn't answer my questions. Help!

    Check your internet connection, reload the craigslist page, then see if those worked?

    ...You have to give detail about the error or what craiglists wants.
