How do I plant elfin thyme in between my flagstone?
I plan on planting a ground cover elfin thyme in between a bunch of flagstones in my front yard. its in the sun about half of the day. could someone tell me how to or refer me to a site that i could learn to do this? thanks

Either sow seeds thickly between the flagstones...
Or pull up the stone carefully, plant an individual plant with the stem coming up where the crack between the stones are, then carefully replace the stone.

A lot of times, people will let "moss" grow between the flag stone, for a beautiful effect. And, the added benefiet is, that it will grow under the tree, as it doesnt need a lot of Sun! I would scout out places like rocks in the forest, and see if you can scrape some moss off of them, and put them down in the cracks of your flagstone. They will multiply if you keep them damp for awhile... I wish you well.. Jesse
