Packard Bell laptop?
Has anyone got a Packard Bell laptop & what do you think to that particular make?
Going to buy my daughter a laptop at the end of July but have the choice of 2.....an Advent which I know is ok coz me 'n' hubby have one each but what about Packard Bell?

I had a Packard Bell Easynote, which I gave to my sister for her son 18 months ago, it is still running fine after all this time, and I never had any problems with it. Basically, it is a good midrange brand, but like any computer, it depends on how you treat it.

Yeah its a good make for a laptop packard bell also do the hp laptops and thats what i have

compaq or sony arre the best. They are all the same in the sense that all new computers have windows vista as the opperating system.

i think their too expensive, dont get pre-installed windows, their crap...sooo slowwww
