Landlord says they are sending workers over at 6:00 am?

6 AM!! Can they do that? Dont they have to wait for a reasonable hour?

    Most people in the construction business work from 6 AM to 2 or 3. (To avoid the heat). Just be glad you have a landlord who does send someone over! That is probably their first available time- you might have to wait to get the problem fixed if that time is too early.

    with notice yes. In fact in the heat of the summer many workers start early and finish early afternoon.

    You could ask him politely to set the time back. But at the end of the day it won't kill you. Just go to bed earlier!
