Buddha's Science of Breathing Techniques and Spiritual Knowledge! It is wonderful. Has any one stuck to him?

I went in search of knowledge since i was 18yrs or so.

I was misguided, cheated all well clad decent looking guys and madams.

I found a man at my ageof 35, and I found half the truth of the world- tho nobody would believe-that Gnani said : Man's food is only fruits that between the nut and the skin.Anything else is unsuitable and it creates problems. Biological Laws,OK,Agreed!! Who created theworld, and for what purpose and without asking for our consent sendingus into this murky world??

Last 2 months I am reading Buddha's teachings thru a Guru andthe things are getting nicely put MEANINGFULLY but we dont get themeaning that we always wanted, desired .

CAN U GUIDE ME TO BUDDHAs teachings on the net,

sites,groups,blogs ,whatever....I will bemuch obliged..

Meanwhile, thanksto you, and see my site today:

with meditation comes a still mind, with a still mind comes a calm, open consciousness, better able to gain compassion and wisdom .

with wisdom comes compassion, each complementing each other and each increasing each other.

the real thing to meditate on in loving kindness, all else will follow !

You will not find knowledge in meditation.. The aim of meditation is to just exist.. Not to know.
