You need to file a tax return.
You go to www.irs. gov and look at the instructions for the 1040 tax return. You might be able to file a 1040A or 1040EZ which are simpler forms if you don't have alot of deductions.

If it is for 2008, keep it in a file because you will need it for taxes next year. If shouldn't be for 2007, because those taxes were due April 15th.

If your total income for the year is enough to have to file, then you need to file a tax return showing it. If you already filed for that year, you need to file an amendment.
