Which news source do Muslims consider more reliable?

I always hear people complain about the bias of this and that station. Some stations tend to be more liberal, some more conservative, some very negative, others are just way out there. Depending on where you stand on certain issues, you usually pick the source that most fits your beliefs.

I usually watch CNN because it's the only channel I can remember (I'm usually watching SpongeBob with my son much of the time) but I was curious about which news source do most other Muslims in the US watch.

Which station do most Muslims consider to be less biased and more reliable? CNN, Fox News, MSNBC? Which source do you usually prefer to watch in the hopes of getting the most accurate story?

Update:

Besides Al-Jazeera, sorry, can't get that station. I mean an American station. InshaAllah if I ever get a satalite...

Every news station has their own particular bias, so I try to watch a bit of everything and take the common bits from the stories. I flip between CNN and CBC on TV and I read MSNBC and BBC and Al Jazeera (sometimes) online.

I watch Al Jazeera, I find it most reliable over all the others you listed. You can get a satellite box that picks up Al Jazeera in the USA. Thats what we did!

BBC is fine. Otherwise, I recommend the Christian Science Monitor.

Other than those two, I read everything on the net, Reuters, AP...I like the New York Times since they have a good section on World news.

Anything but Fox News- That one really gives me a headache;-p

it depends...muslims like whoever agrees with their own personal misconceptions at any particular time. if you want the truth then you have to take all of the news sources together and compare...it's the only way. the problem is that all news sources are biased one way or another these days...so you have to figure things out for yourself because they all lie a little (some lie alot like al-jazeera). it's a shame but that's how it is.

I prefer MSNBC. I think they are the least biased of all the major cable news stations.

I like watching C-SPAN sometimes. I'm kind of square like that.
