Seeing as Harry Reid loves solar and wind power so much.?

Can we just cover every square inch of Nevada with windmills and solar panels?

Can't we just send him to Venus? Plenty of Solar power and wind power there.

Actually, Nevada and Arizona are some of the LARGEST generators of Solar Power... along with their power from Hoover Dam.

Oh, you others, stop your whining about the Yucca Mountain Repository... where else are we going to put it ?? 80% of Nevada belongs to the Federal Government anyway. Put Nuclear Powerplants under the control and operation of the US Navy... we have NEVER had a reactor accident in 60 years.

We run our ranch entirely on solar and wind... so much that we paid off the system in just 4 years. Now PG&E pays US $3500 each year.

Most of the southwest deserts could provide enough solar energy for the whole country, but unfortunately the oil companies can't profit off of this so instead people like you try to bash Harry Reid.

    That's a fine idea.

Nevada has a lot of unused land, a lot of wind, and a lot of sun.

How you say, every square inch, that much, I don't agree. But more than 65% of the land at least.

Windmills and solar panels could not and can not BEGIN to produce enough power to aid in America becoming more energy dependent and he knows it but do you see the Dems fighting to drill more oil?

Harry Reid is the dimmest bulb on the Vegas Strip.

Harry says no, that is for the other States to use. If he started at home, maybe he would turn the lights off in Reno and Las Vegas.

...well since 90 percent of Nevada is uninhabited... why not ?

Las Vegas draws alot of power....I've been there several times...you can't find anything that doesn't have a light bulb in it.

I think you are on to something here... :)
