Look rap today has become nothing more than nonsense of sex, drugs, and more sex. Soulja Boy is one of the worst rappers ever!! What ever happened to rap that told a story or didn't say anything about sex. The way they portray women is just stupid. What happened to respecting a lady. OK I'm 19 years old and i have heard better rap from my dad making eggs in the morning when he's half asleep. It is this stupidity that makes people hate America and make me hate society. Some will argue if a record sells well its a good album. When in fact they were just able to find a bunch of retards to buy it. When crank that came out here it was on all the hip hop stations and they played it like twice every hour. Record companies pay to have their songs played. The more people hear a song the more likely they will start to like it and purcahase the album.

You put a frog in a boiling pot of water it will immediately jump out. Put a frog in water and slowly turn up the heat and it will cook with no complaint. Same goes with pop music. Slowly but repeatedly feed people crap and they will start to accept garbage as art.

It makes me mad when people compare rap artists by record sales. Whoever sells the most albums is the better rapper. Such bs.

Soulja boy was discovered by collipark. He had a myspace and youtube account he made up these stupid songs and dances and put them on yputube and myspace him and arab. Collipark founf him and signed him. The songs that are out were made long ago. As stupid as they are. The only people that buy his album are all kids. No real hip-hop fan will buy that ish... All these kids are into the "new dance" to them real lyrics and beats don't matter all they care about is a catchy chorus or dance. Don't get me wrong not all these kids like him but most do. I'm fed up with this crap too. bye bye
