Aussies only What does NCAS mean in relation to either Childcare or the Defence Dept?

I recently found a job working at a childcare centre which services children who's parents are in the Defence Forces and it saids I need knowledge and understanding of NCAS could anyone tell me what NCAS is

I think it may mean Network of Community Activities (NCA) and that the 'S' was probably a plural i.e. NCAs

I hunted around and came up with the following:
Network of Community Activities (NCA)
Network acts as a link up for community activities and for Out of School Hours Care Services run by autonomous community groups and local councils. Network is committed to helping promote quality community based services for school aged children, including children with a disability. Network provides information advocacy, and support for:

out of school and vacation care centres
advice on funding/management
community arts and activities
child friendly environments
activities for children with a disability
community education and skills exchange
information and resources.
