Recommend any diet supplements that work?

I have started a new healthy diet and would like to supplement the diet and exercise program with a pill that will help my weight loss. I only want something that is safe. Any recommendations?

    None of them are safe, and they don't work.

    Just keep doing what your doing plus exercising and you'll be losing weight soon!
