What is interview stance and deployment stance?

Umm, a bit confusing, but I believe you are talking about "fighting stance" (deployement stance) where all moves are ready to be deployed, and the interview stance is a less threatening posture, but not as easily defensible.

The "interview stance" is where you stand upright with your two hands in one another (like the military stance), but not at your back - in front of you. It is a neutral stance that shows your hands and by doing that anybody can see you do not have a weapon in either hand - other CPO's can therefore focus their attention elsewhere.
