Have you ever been to an Italian restaurant where they don't serve pizza nor garlic bread ????

I'm intrigued as well. Not even garlic bread? What about traditional pizza. Pizza Margarita? Wow, how very odd. I suppose it's not required, but most restaurant's cater to our wide spread food assumptions. Like having pizza or garlic bread at an Italian restaurant.

Yeah, Italy's full of them. You get Pizza in a Pizzeria - it's a snack not a meal. And garlic bread would not normally be on the menu except in a tourist dump (to go with spaghetti bolognaise). A Ristorante or a Trattoria offer a range of courses and Pizza or garlic bread won't be in any of them.

Yes .... and no it's not weird as they don't eat pizza everywhere in Italy ..... it would be like expecting a full english at every english restaurant or carvery etc.....

Half of Indian restaurants menu's are made up for our tastes too ....
