Ball cap gives me a head-ache?
Why is it that any time I wear a ball cap I get a really bad head-ache within a couple of minutes, and then even if I take the ball cap off I still have a head ache for many hours after?
I don't know about other hat types, I only have a ball cap I wear once in a while...
The hat is not tight at all, in fact, a stiff wind would take it right off my head it's so louse.
I have no idea why this happens, but I live where it's very sunny all the time and it hurts so much when i wear the hat that i usually end up not wearing one and then my face gets sun burned....
Any idea's would be great. Oh yea, and it's a fairly new hat, it's not one I've had forever and needs to be cleaned, I cleaned it a couple of weeks ago and today is the second time I've warn it since it was cleaned...
I would like to say again, that the hat is VERY louse, anything more then a small breeze would cause that hat to fall off, so it can't be that it's to tight, and since it's a fabric hat and not plastic or something, it's not cutting off any 'air' supply to my scalp...

Does it push down on your ears a little? Ive had a couple of those (I call them 10 gallon caps), and they give me a slight headache.
That stuff about wearing a cap making you go bald is a well-known, false, old wives tale, to the other answerer. Your scalp needs to breathe, lol, last I checked, your scalp doesnt have a nose, and secondly, most caps arent so air tight that they form a vacuum around your head. Thats just silly.

Your scalp needs to breathe. That's why a lot of people who wear caps go bald (like ball players). Because caps cut off air circulation and lock in perspiration.
