Why did y2j get a DQ this monday night raw (6/30/08) against Kofie Kingston?

Not listening to the ref. He told Y2J to let go of Kofi's tights...and he didn't. Something like that.

The referee caught Jericho holding Kingstons tights, even though Kofi did it first but the ref didn't see it

He didn't let go of the tights even though the ref was telling him to let go. Kofi did it too, but only for about 1/2 of a second.

He was grabbing Kofi's tights during a pin attempt...stupidest DQ ever.

he got a DQ because he grabbed Kingston's tights right in front of the referee, a move which is illegal. But i believe that in a title match, you can't DQ someone for that... it is pretty dumb and will no doubt lead to a feud involving kofi, hbk, jericho, and cade... my personal belief. No idea. Since when does anybody get DQ'd for holding on to the tights? All heels would be jobbers if that happened. Ric Flair would have been a jobber too.

he held his shorts which is a cheating pin although kingston done in the jericho he did not get caught, i guess it will lead along with the storyline that jericho was cheated out of the ic title twice now. i think next week will be kingston and hbk vs jericho and cade, if hbk is ready to fight.

because Kofi is getting a huge push and that way he wouldnt beat y2j outight
