What year were you born and your fav. meal than mom use to make?
04-29-1982 - as a kid she would make arroz con pollo all the time and I never got tired of it. Now I know that it is cheap and last a long time but still by fav. meal when I go home.

My Mama makes the best cornbread, green beans, and shake n' bake chicken. It tastes better just because she made it! Anything that lady cooks rocks!

1-15-89 my mommy used to make ENCHILADAS. Man those where the best enchiladas ive ever tasted. She still does them but not a lot anymore. Man i should learn so i could them every day.

favorite meal: a japanese dish, katzudon (fried pork cutlets)
served with a brown sauce and rice.
usually had a stir fry on the side. was sooo good.
when i go home, she still makes it! bless her. :)

1984 - father used to make taco salad, or mashed poatoes with homemade hamburgers. He would also make goulash.
