What is the best website design software for novices?

I can use Yahoo! Sitebuilder fairly well, but I want something more advanced.

    I think my brother forgot that you are asking for novices so he suggest DW I suggest you Easy Website Pro 4 it is soo esy for new learners with builtin animations and images and you can build your page in minutes I have got it s full version.
