Stick with sausages, minced beef, chicken and cheap cuts of stewing beef and fish.

Sausage and hot bun topped up with a tomato/onion sauce.

    Macaroni and mince

Chicken portions pan fried served on a bed of rice and mixed veg.

Beef sausage on a kebab stick served with potato chips

    Spagetti and mince

    Egg, sausage and chips

Cubed Beef and potato stew on rice

Roasted chicken portions on rice which is mixed with frozen mixed veg

Fish night ill have you pan fry some fish and serve it with potato chips or microwave potatoes

Make a quiche from tinned pilchards, flour, one egg, 1/2 grated onion and cook it in the microwave

One niht will be a soup night with beef and veg

Projectile vomiting is forceful vomiting, that comes out with such force as to arc out and land all over. It's usually a sign of a serious complication. What you've described doesn't sound projectile. You would probably know if it was, it's rather frightening when it happens. You said he vomits most often when he's lying flat. This sounds like it could be reflux. Try elevating his mattress some on one side when he sleeps, or get a sleep wedge to make sure he's not lying flat. And, see your doctor. S/he may suggest a medication or a switch in formula as well as run some tests to be sure it's not something more serious.

I nused to buy a bag of pasta, and mix with cambells chicken soup kids loved it and it cost like one pound fifty for a pan full of the stuff. Great when you are really up agaist the wall for cash. you can heat a pan of water on a hot plate maybe. Hot dog sausages stirred in to flavoured rice quick easy cheap kids cant seem to get enough and you can get pouches of micro rice these days. For something more healthy pick up only the veg you need instead of a pre-packed bag of veg and stir fry on hot plate with some chicken. Micro-wave some spuds (potatoes) scoop out the middle mix with tuna or all sorts of other nice stuff put on plate eat. 70 dollars i reckon is about 35 english pounds not alot but it has been done stick to basics egg on toast beans on toast sandwich for lunch and it can be done. We have pound shops and out door markets in the uk were if you take your time you can get bargins end of day. It might be worth doing a meal planner so you buy exactly what you need and dont end up short of ham to put in bread, or loadsa beans no toast ect. Good luck view it as a challenge we have all been there at one point or another.xx

Grilled cheese is always a no fail option, and it takes a while to get sick of it. Also Peanut butter and jelly is pretty cheap and most people can eat that a few days in a row also. But it is also possible to just buy breakfast cereal and have 'breakfast' for lunch. Good luck with your search for cheap and easy meals!
