DTV converter box---anyone know the cost?

I don't know if my new TV (bought in Feb 2008) will need a converter box.

I certainly don't want to buy it if I don't need it!

But what's the converter box cost?

And will the government coupon get it for free?

    they cost $60 and the government coupon if free and worth $40. You can get it at circuit city

    hi i just got my converter boxs just today in now all the channels i could not get iam getting them now and all the pictures are great to look at the converter boxs cost about 65.00 dollars at any store with the 40.00 dollar government coupon it will cost you about 25.00 out of your pocket that is it hope this helped you out >>>>ps if you have cable hook up the converter boxs should work fine
