xbox live troubles?
ok so i have been trying to get on my xbox live for a few hours. i ran a network settings test and everything checked out fine. i still have a gold membership, but when i signed in once it said that my payment option had changed. i let it sit for a while and it would not let me on still. does anyone have any suggestions on what might work or how to fix it. i dont want to send it in to microsoft to try to fix it. plz help
also everytime i go to log in, the little circle just keeps going around and around the Xbox and it never signs in. thought this might help
plus I can clearley get on the internet since i am writing this, so plz help.

Go to xbox.com and sign into your gamertag. Check your payment options in Profile managment and see if your membership is active.
If you are using your gamertag for the first time on your 360 and had it before on your original xbox, you have to migrate the account. Check xbox.com to see how to do that.
P.S. Go to the system tab on your dashboard. Go to memory. press "Y" i think for options. It should say format and somthing else. press "X,X,LB,RB,X,X" and the system maintence will come up. proceed with that and it should fix any problems.

when you have gold membership you have to put in your credit card number and your email all that. if you didnt go do that. if you did just go back and check. try turning off your xbox and turn back on and sign in.
