The bread is the only thing. If you want to serve it warm you can pop it in the oven for a few mintues before hand.

The salad having watermelon in it should not be mixed up until the last minute

You can easily make the sausage and bacon in the oven which will leave you free to prepare the other items.

Sounds like a really good menu by the way.

Bread should be made the night before. My advice: my mom leaves the bread in the oven. Turn the oven off and let the bread sit there. It should stay a bit warm. Then reheat a few minutes before the brunch. The pizza might also be good to be made a few hours before the brunch. The meat and eggs should stay hot, so prepare them a bit before the brunch. Salad: you can cut your ingredients early, then mix it all together before the brunch. Good luck!

This sounds great. I will be over to help you in the morning.

DON'T prep any of this the night before.

    Scrambled eggs will be watery.

    Bacon will wilt

    Sausages will shrivel when reheated

The pizza will be moist on the crust-never appetizing

The Fruit Salad will be watery too.

The Bread is best warm with butter and coming just out of the oven makes the house smell better and your guests salivate in anticipation of your feast.

I agree with a previous that said nothing should be done ahead.

The only thing I would add is maybe mimosa's as soon as guests arrive and that way you have plenty of time to prepare while guests are busy. There are many varieties of mimosa's now..I love pomegranate juice and I always use cava instead of champagne, Freixenet is a great one and very cost friendly...usually can get on sale for around $8-9.

If you are anything like me, don't forget to have a little sip yourself to keep you calm.

    Cheers!
