  • Having bouts of feeling faint during working out what could be the cause?

I am a seasoned Zumba Instructor and up until 4 months ago I was teaching 8-10 classes a week for 3 years. Had a severe case of bronchitis when the first time feeling faint happened. But that has now been 4 months ago and I had to take a break form teaching to recover from the infection. I am still not able to teach more than a 1/4 of a class. Should I be patient and continue trying to ease back into teaching or should I myself checked out? I am in my mid thirties and have otherwise always been very healthy, also I had not had bronchitis since I was a teenager.

  • Why is it socially acceptable to drink but, not to smoke herb? ?

Is it only because it is illegal without a prescription? Or do all of you really believe it is that evil gateway drug? What if I where to tell a story about a girl who was a heavy drinker, over weight, and unhappy. A girl who several times went to her family doctor expressing that she wanted some treatment but, all her doctor wanted to do was give her a new experimental drug injected in the rear end that made her feel like she had the flu for a whole month before it wore off. After wearing off the pull to drink was stronger than before so, the cycle wears on. There is more to the story but, in the end friends that where concerned for her referred her to a Cannabis Doctor and now she is 20 pounds thinner & feeling so much better about herself. I would like to end with for some it is that glass of wine at the end of the day and for others......

  • What do you think?

My daughter is 29 months old and has already mastered her ABC's including being able to recognize them, can count to Twenty and recognize her numbers, knows all her colors, talks in complete sentences, knows all her shapes from circle to octagon, she also draws happy faces, sad faces, and mad faces. She has been putting puzzles designed for 4 year old together since she was 18 months old. Do you think I should explore the possibility that she might be gifted? Or is this normal? My husband and I have never pushed her to do these things she just has had the interest to learn.....it is fun for her! Oh yeah, her preschool teacher just told me that she is recognizing all the children's names in her class when she sees a piece of paper with their names on them.

  • I have a chicken tikka masala spice mix......?

Here is how the directions on the back goes:

Prepare paste of 100g of onions and 120g tomatoes.

Blanch, peel and grind almonds with 1/4 cup of water into a paste.

Heat 50g of oil in pan, cook chicken with onion paste for 10 min.

Add tomatoes, almond paste, and 1 packet of masala mix. Add 10 oz of water. Cook for 15 min. and serve with 1tsp of cream.

My question is how much is 100g of onion, 120g of tomatoes, and 50g of oil? Also, would you use heavy cream, coconut milk, or yogurt to finish the dish?
