How was my diet today?

Early A.M. Strawberry & Banana Smoothie with a fiber supplement added.

Mid-Morning 1 poached egg

Lunch- Brown Rice Sushi Dragon Roll (nothing fried)

Mid-Day Apple & Sliced cheese

Dinner-Small portion of Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs & A ton of Steamed Green Beans topped with toasted almonds.

Late Snack- Small Pudding made with nonfat milk & topped with a small amount of chopped pecans & coconut.

Lots of water, daily vitamins, & green tea supplements.

    It shows you how much you should be eating and exercising depending on your weight, age, and height. It's really great!
